President
Nakul Kothari is the current ISA president. He is a doctoral student in the Mechanical Engineering department. This is his second year serving ISA. He is from Mumbai, Maharashtra. He speaks Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, English.
Secretary
The Secretary of ISA is Ajit Chavan. He is a doctoral student in Computer Science & Software Engineering department. He has been working with ISA for 3 years. He is from Kolhapur, Maharashtra. He speaks Marathi, Hindi, and English.
Treasurer
Nishant is our Treasurer. He is a Senior, studying Chemical Engineering at the University. His hometown is Roswell, Georgia; he speaks Hindi and English.
Web Coordination Commitee
Shubbhi is the Vice President of the Web & Coordination committee. She is a graduate student in the Computer Science and Software Engineering department. She is from New Delhi, India. She speaks Hindi, Punjabi, and English. She is also Chair of the Art of Living yoga club at the University.
Shubham Garg is also a member of the Web & Coordination committee. He is a graduate school in the Aerospace Engineering department. He is from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and speaks Hindi and English.
Micah Bowden is a Senior in the Aerospace Engineering department. This is his first year serving the ISA committee. He speaks English and he is from Gadsden, Alabama. He is no less of an Indian than any one of us.
Cultural Committee
Jasma Sevak is the spouse of a doctoral student here and is currently the Vice President of the Cultural Committee in ISA. She has been associated with ISA since 2011. She is from Kolkata, West Bengal, and speaks English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Bengali. Apart from ISA, she also works as a Volunteer Graduate School Assistant, helping international students get acquainted with Auburn University and its activities.
Bhumi Kothari is also a spouse of a doctoral student here. She had joined ISA last year and is a promising resource for ISA in the coming years. Her hometown is Ahmedabad, Gujarat and she speaks Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Hasitha Athota is a graduate student in Computer Science & Software Engineering department. She is from Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and speaks Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Sports Committee
Robin Gautham Muthukumar is an Executive Member of the Sports Committee. He is a graduate student in the Industrial and Systems engineering department. He is from Madurai, Tamil Nadu. He speaks English, Tamil, a little bit of Yiddish and Klingon as well.
Advisor
Dr. Sushil Bhavnani is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering. He has been the backbone of ISA for years and he still constantly guides and motivates the students in running this association efficiently.
